If you were unable to attend the design workshop on ‘Landscape, Trees, Play and Amenities’ taking place at the De Bohun School on Wednesday 20th May, 6pm to 7.30pm, you can look at the Architects information boards to see what you have missed.
The aim of the evening was to work with residents on the plans for these aspects of New Avenue’s Regeneration. Remember your input is helpful in shaping up the design for the future of New Avenue.

Enfield Council has named developer Countryside as its preferred partner in the £160 m regeneration of New Avenue in Southgate, London N14 which will see more than 450 new homes built for the area.
The apartment buildings on Shepcot House, Coverack Close and Beardow Grove will be demolished to create a vibrant new development. A combination of apartments, maisonettes and houses will be built including 311 private sale homes and 140 new affordable homes. A pre-school nursery and multi-purpose community centre will also be provided in order to bring social, economic and environmental benefits to the estate and wide community.
