Tenant and Leaseholder/Freeholder Workshops 6th, 11 and 15 May

PPCR are running workshops for tenants and homeowners. The workshops are your opportunity to talk to your Tenants and Leaseholders/Freeholders advisor for a clear explanation of what is the Draft Options Policy and for you to ask any questions about your concerns. PPCR will explain what the (draft) Options might mean for you.

The Tenant Workshops are at Latymer Church Hall on

Saturday 6th May, 11am-1pm  and on Thursday 11th May, 6.30pm-8.30pm

The Leaseholders/Freeholders Workshops are at Frinstead House Residents Room (Garden area of Frinstead House) on

Saturday 6th May, 11am-1pm  and on Monday 15th May, 6.30pm-8.30pm


If you cannot come to any the workshops we will be organising door-knocking session and drop-in sessions for individual blocks to speak to you.  Alternatively if you have any questions prior to the May consultation workshops, please contact Helen Redd and Pamela Kovachich, your independents advisors using the form below. To assist with the consultation process and if you are a Leaseholder or Freeholder the Council invites you to comment on any aspects of the draft completing the feedback form on their website by the 7th June, 5pm.

  • The Council will agree a Final Version of the policy at the end of June.

RBKC is in the process of publishing a summary booklet of the Tenant Decant Policy which will be  available at the workshops.
